Jeff and Danette Johnson have been working with World Hope International for nine years.  They have spent the majority of those years with work in Zambia, Africa, working with widows, orphans and youth touched by the AIDS crisis.  They have also ministered to over forty teams both in Africa and in the States.  Jeff Johnson, M.S., has been serving as Director of Community Health World Wide and has dealt extensively with the issues of HIV/AIDS in Africa.  He has coordinated many efforts to diminish poverty and AIDS and has ministered to both Africans and Americans, in the areas of health and spiritual guidance.  His two passions are to reach the lost and impoverished and see people walking in the fullness of the Gospel message.

Danette Johnson has had trainings through Over Comers Through Christ, a South African based ministry; John G. Lake's Healing Rooms in Grand Rapids, Michigan; and Wellspring Ministry.  She has done extensive research in the areas of spiritual gifts, deliverance, and healing.  She has ministered to both African and American in all these areas, along with her gift of prophetic intercession. Her passion is to see the Body trained and equipped to reach the hurting and oppressed and has recently finished writing a manual addressing the same.

More recently, Jeff and Danette have been invited to join the team of Havilah Global. Through Havilah Global, they will work with both Iris Ministries, in Mozambique under the leadership of Pastors Rolland and Heidi Baker, as well as continuing their work with World Hope International in Zambia.  The Johnsons will be equipped, encouraged, and supported in continuing their work to train indigenous leaders and local teams; to minister to those suffering from the affects of HIV/AIDS;  and to reach out to the widows and orphans, the oppressed and poverty stricken.  With Havilah Global as their springboard, the countries of Mozambique and Zambia will be impacted to bring about transformation in the lives of their people.

Welcome Gracelynn RoseMichelle Adams from Haiti:

Baby Rosie came to Michigan in 2007 for a medical surgery to remove a large tumor from her tailbone. A surgeon from Detroit was able to successfully remove the tumor and Rosie came to live with the Adams for her recovery and healing by way of a close family friend and a Haitian based non-profit organization. Within months of the Adam's caring for Rosie they knew the Lord was tugging at their hearts to pursue adoption. Through much prayer and conversation, the Lord soon began to open a door for adoption to become a reality. From August 2007 til August 2008, Havilah Global had been supporting this precious child from Haiti.

The Adams now support Gracelynn RoseMichelle full time and are awaiting their final papers for the completed adoption. God is sovereign and we rejoice with Havilah Global and the Adams for what He has done. A beautiful child has been rescued and healed through many helping hands and the faithfulness of Christ.
